New designs – Sitka and Miska
I’ve been busy working on a new design over the last few weeks – polar bears!
I’m very pleased to present Sitka and Miska – brothers from the Arctic.
They are available exclusively from the Bear Collectors Anonymous Online Show which kicks off Saturday 20 October at 4pmAEST.
Head over to the show page on Facebook and sign up for early entry.
You can also join the collector page for the heads up on future shows.
Hawthorn Makers Market Launch
The bears and I are very excited to have been invited to the launch of the new-look Hawthorn Makers Market. The first market of 2018 marks a return into the heart of Hawthorn, in a new and exciting venue, the old Hawthorn Town Hall, now the Hawthorn Arts Centre.
The Grand Opening of the new Hawthorn Makers Market is on Sunday 8th April at the beautifully restored Hawthorn Arts Centre, 360 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn. It runs from 10am to 3pm, with the official opening taking place at 11am.
Come along to be a part of the festivities and don’t forget to say Hi!
Custom Ballerina Bears
My gorgeous miniature Ballerina Bear has been a popular bear with all ages. Now, you have the chance to customise your very own Ballerina Bear, in two sizes – 8.5cm and 12.5cm!
Coordinate her with other bears in your collection; or as a flower-girl bear to suit your wedding theme; or as the perfect gift for a ballerina fan, in their favourite colour.
Choose from 7 fur options, 11 paw pad colours, 10 velvet colours for the body of your bear which forms the base colour for the bear’s ballerina costume.
Finally, you can opt for cream or white lace for the bodice, and cream, white, pink, peach or red tulle for the skirt.
A truly unique miniature ballerina bear!
The finished Ballerina Bears stand at approximately 8.5cm/3.25in tall (mini bear), and 12.5cm/5in tall (small bear).

Catching my breath!
After a successful day out at The Melbourne Bear Bazaar, which was preceded by a few busy weeks of preparation, I’m going to take a few days to take care of my family and my house!
I did pick up some wonderful new fabrics at the Bear Bazaar though and I’m looking forward to creating some beautiful new bears in various different colours.
New listings will be up in Made It, Etsy and Bear Pile in the coming week so keep an eye out for those.
In the next few days, I’ll also be revealing a new collection which was on display for the first time at the Bear Bazaar! So check back here to find out more.
